Save Sanibel Golf Club Campaign -

Beachview and Sanibel neighbors,

Greetings from Sanibel Golf Rescue, LLC Members!

You may have heard that recently the forbearance period on the Sanibel Island Golf Course
expired and the bank holding the note moved to call the note. In a last ditch effort to save the
course and fight for our home values we have stepped up to try to save the Sanibel Island Golf
Club.

We have succeeded in executing a signed letter of intent (LOI) to buy the Sanibel Island Golf
Club/Course contingent on 30 days of due diligence and the ability to raise the capital necessary
to buy and run the golf course. Additionally, we have engaged with several golf course
management companies, one of which has bought nearly a hundred golf courses over the last
20 plus years. We are evaluating what is in the best interest of Beachview residents and the golf
course.

Our target range for the investment fund is between $5.5M to $6.5M, to be raised from
“accredited investors” with a minimum investment of $25k. We are giving a range at this point
as a few more important details need to be worked out during the due diligence period.
Successfully saving the course should begin to have a positive impact on home values. If that

SANIBEL GOLF RESCUE 

The Plan
– Raise enough capital to buy the golf course and establish a reserve fund for renovations as soon
as possible while performing due diligence on the details of the purchase.
– Negotiate and complete the purchase of the Golf Course no later than June 16, 2025, or such
date as SanCap Bank will allow us to complete the purchase since they hold the largest note.
– Keep Drew involved with the Golf Course based on his desire to continue to be involved.
– The new management company begins at once to plan and work on the Golf Course to improve
it for all concerned.

Please understand that subscription agreements are still being drafted so that each investor can
review and sign to participate in the Fund. These are being worked concurrently with due
diligence and will be sent to anyone responding with a commitment to invest. We expect
agreements to be drafted no later than May 15, 2025. If that date changes, we will at once
send out an update.
